Terms and Conditions: 

• Pacific Rehab Group reserves the right to make any amendments to the referral program. 

• The referral program is open to all existing clinicians of our services who refer new clinicians to us. 

• Referrers will be eligible to receive the $300 cash if the referred party successfully completes at least 150 locum hours within 3 months OR successfully completed at least 3 months of employment in a permanent position matched by Pacific Rehab Group. 

•  The specific details of the qualifying action and Reward will be communicated to Referrers at the time of enrollment in the Program.
